Hi, I'm Lauren!I am a licensed graduate therapist (LGPC) under supervision, specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health. My approach is warm, grounded, and shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I work with individuals across all paths to parenthood.
"Not just clinically. Personally."
I came to this work through my own reproductive journey. I know what it is like to sit with loss, to navigate decisions that have no good answer, and to search for support that actually meets you where you are. That experience shapes every session I have with a client.

-
All sessions are conducted virtually to give you the time and space to schedule therapy at your convenience.
-
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, ensuring ample time to process what you need at that time. The duration provides a focused and impactful therapy experience.
-
At this time, we only work with clients located in the state of Maryland though we do plan to expand in the future.
-
General therapy is broad by design, and that has real value. But reproductive struggles require a specific kind of understanding. A reproductive mental health therapist knows the language, understands the medical landscape, and does not need the experience explained from the beginning. You can start where you are, not from the very beginning of your story. That is the difference.

LGPC stands for Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. It is a provisional license issued in Maryland to counselors who have completed their graduate training and are working toward full licensure under clinical supervision. The clinical work and the quality of care are the same — the supervision process is simply a required step in the path to independent licensure.

I am currently an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. I work with Reimbursify to help make that process as straightforward as possible. See the investment page for a full breakdown of session rates and reimbursement information.
