Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 50 minutes.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Out-of-network therapy offers greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care, allowing treatment to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements.

A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available. Please contact me to discuss availability.

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, consider asking your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?

• What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed after I meet my deductible?

• Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions covered each year?

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
